Set your alarm clock 5 minutes earlier than usual.
Use those extra 5 minutes to set the tone for the day by ...
1. stretching slowly in bed (like a cat)
2. smiling (your body and mind respond to the physical act of smiling)
3. say at least one positive statement before leaving bed
