I am thankful for all the good that is, and all the good that is possible. Each day I make changes that better my life and strengthen my recovery.

I love and accept myself just as I am. Doing so gives me the strength to let go and move forward. Today I am thankful for who I am and the confidence to be myself.

My thoughts, actions, and reactions, strengthen my confidence and my recovery. I choose to be positive. I believe in myself. I am capable of anything.

My self-talk and my thoughts are positive and supportive. I believe in myself. I respect myself. I am worthy of the good each day offers.

Today I take time out to take care of myself. Taking time for myself renews and strengthens my recovery.

I am deserving of goodness, happiness, and joy. I open myself to healing change without fear. I am worthy and capable. I am recovering.

I nurture my mind, body, and soul. When I take care of myself I am better able to care for others. Today, I am my first priority.

I keep my thoughts positive, supportive, and encouraging. My thoughts create my reality. What I believe, I become.

I let go of the past and move forward. I embrace this new day and the gifts of hope, opportunity, and possibility that it offers. I am recovering.

No matter what occurs outside of me, nothing is more powerful than the belief in myself that I carry within. Nothing.

I let go of the doubts of yesterday and focus on today. Nothing from my past can tarnish the unshakable faith of my present.

I face today's challenges with strength, patience, and confidence. I am capable and unafraid. I believe in myself.

Today, I choose to live joyfully and confidently in the present; free from the burdens of yesterday and the uncertainty of tomorrow.

I replace the thoughts of shame, guilt, and fear from my past with positive, nurturing, and loving self-talk. I am recreating my life, one thought, one moment ... one day at a time.

My life is in my own capable hands. What I choose to think, do, and believe affects the reality I, alone, am responsible for creating.

What happens to me is no match for what happens within me. I am the caretaker of my inner peace.

Today I focus on feeding my spirit, mind, and body the sustenance they require and deserve. I am recovering.

I give myself the same love, respect, and compassion I expect from others. I teach those around me how to treat me by how I treat myself.

No matter how difficult the battle, I do not surrender. I am worth fighting for.

The life I desire is up to me to create. Today, I commit to taking one more step in the direction of my dreams.

I am not defined, nor confined, by the standards of others. Today, I celebrate and honor my individuality.

The size of my body has no bearing on the size of my life.

My value is not determined by a number, a reflection, or the past. I am worthy of a life filled with joy, love, and acceptance just as I am.

I am not merely along for the ride. I am in charge of the journey.

I am not afraid of struggle. I believe in myself. Every fear, difficulty, and doubt that I overcome strengthens me.

It does not matter what has gone on before. What matters is what I choose to do right now, with this very moment. I let go of 'what if,' and concentrate on 'what now.'

Bodies are imperfect. Mistakes are inevitable. History is unchangeable. I am not my body, my mistakes, or my history. Today, I let go and move forward.

What I can achieve is only limited by what I believe.

When I let go of negativity, I create possibility.

The first step to making my dreams my reality is believing in myself. I am capable of the change I seek. I am worthy of the life I desire.

Changing my inner dialogue changes my life. If it's not helpful, loving, and supportive, I let it go. I replace negative self-talk with positive, supportive statements.

Today's difficulties pale in comparison to my determination, strength, and fearlessness. I am recovering.

Recovery is mine if I choose it. I am worthy, deserving, and capable of living my life free of my disorder. Today, I choose recovery.

No battle is too difficult for I am strong, able, and worthy of the fight. Today I fearlessly face the struggles I am presented and move forward with a positive and grateful attitude.

It's not my history, my appearance, or my weight that makes me worthy. I was born worthy and I remain worthy, exactly as I am.

My thoughts pave the path I walk. It is up to me how smooth or furrowed the journey will be.

I surround myself with supportive, encouraging, and loving resources. I create my environment by what I let go of and what I welcome into my life.

It's not the remnants of past mistakes, pain, and injustice that is the foundation on which today is built. It's upon the hope, beliefs, dreams, and self-love that this new day finds its footings.

I stay confident in the face of adversity. What I create, develop, and nurture within me cannot be diminished by outside forces no matter their size, strength, or determination.

What matters most is not what is done to me, said about me, or taken from me but what I relinquish because of it. Today I let go and reclaim what is rightfully mine.

All that I need I carry within me. I am the strength of battles survived. I am the tenaciousness of fear overcome. I am the delight of dreams realized. I am recovering.

Recovery is possible. With perseverance, determination, courage, and conviction the battle is won.

The paths of life are plentiful. Only I can choose which one to walk.

What matters most is not the size of the battle but the strength of my conviction. I will not be defeated.

Past mistakes, when stripped of guilt and shame, become the experience by which we learn to better navigate the present. Today I let go and move forward without fear.

I am the creator of my own positivity, joy, and happiness. I am not held hostage by circumstance.

It’s not only the struggles overcome that create strength, but also the moments of ease. I appreciate the calmness around me when it is offered, and create serenity in the midst of chaos when it is needed

My journey is not decided by the events of my past. I do not allow the mistakes and failures of yesterday to become the roadblocks of today.

When I focus on what I need and desire I begin the transformation from “wishing” to “achieving.” What I believe and act upon, I accomplish.

When things go wrong I do not react out of fear, anger, or
frustration. I take a moment to pause, breathe, and approach the problem with composure.

It’s not only the body that needs to be fed but also the mind and the soul. Today I let go of my burdens and allow myself to fully experience the small pleasures and blessings this day has to offer.

I cannot change what is done, but I can change what is to come. I am responsible for where I am headed, and how I get there.

I cannot change the actions of others but I can change how I react to them. Today I choose to respond with confidence, calmness, and positivity. When I change my reaction, I change the action.

Not every effort brings desired results. When things don’t work out, I do not give up. I find another way.

When I let go of the negativity of the past, I am no longer defined by who I used to be. I am free to be who I choose to be.

I create my environment with my actions and thoughts. Today I will find something to laugh about. I will offer my help to someone who needs it. I will share my smile often. I will find joy in small things. I will be kind, respectful, and appreciative. I will celebrate this new day with a positive, generous heart.

The only power the past holds is the power I allow it. I do not empower the abuse of my past by punishing myself in the present. Today I give myself permission to be free of the pain, shame, and guilt. Today I am born anew.

I do not compare myself to another in order to gauge my own worthiness, beauty, or success. I am unique, an individual, with qualities that are all my own. I accept myself as I am. I cherish and celebrate my individuality.

The only person who can keep me from succeeding is myself. Nothing is so difficult that a positive attitude, and a strong belief in my abilities, cannot overcome. I am capable, worthy, and deserving.

The most powerful words I hear are the ones I say to myself. Today, I nurture my supportive, loving, and encouraging inner voice. Today, I listen intently and believe wholeheartedly.

My strength resides in possibility, hope, and a confident belief in my own abilities. There is nothing so powerful that I cannot overcome, change, or survive.

It’s not the road that I have traveled in the past but the road I choose to travel today that determines my destination. Where I go from here is my choice.

The measure of this day is not in its difficulties but in its gift of endless possibilities. Today I take another step forward in recovery.
