This is so sad.
I am 5 foot 7 inches, 136.2 pounds, and 17 years of age. I have felt like I am fat for almost as long as I can remember.
Everywhere we look, their are advertizments for shit we don't need, presented by unrealistic and unhealthy people.
I want to thank you for bringing the truth to light, and I can only hope that others, male or female suffering from body image disatisfacion read what I just read.
It is truly sad. Men also suffer from body image and poor self esteem but few are talking about it. I work with so many women trying to lose weight and we discuss their body images, their self concept and stress related eating. Thank you for the awareness you create!
