Nice page. A couple of comments:
1. You may want to update your translation of the Irish proverb you quote. The original in Irish is "Tosach maith, leath na hoibre" which translates as "A good start is half the work" (or "job");
2. I came to the page when searching for a source for the Lao Tzu butterfly quote. AFAIK it doesn't appear in the Tao Te Ching and I can't find any reliable citation for it. It may come from the Chuang Tzu (but I think some people confuse this line with the famous "butterfly dream"). Otherwise I can't trace it back further than Richard Bach in the form "what the caterpillar calls the end, the master calls a butterfly". Have you any more authoritative citation for Lao Tzu as the original source?
